The territory and landscape first: the project leverages the site's outstanding landscape qualities and existing layout to forge new connections and urban coherence.
A hybrid urbanity: the project develops a new urbanity that ensures the harmonious coexistence of all programs and uses.
High quality of living: establishing the quality of the programs as a central principle, with a strong connection to the landscape, the sky, the sun, views, and outdoor spaces, within a bioclimatic approach.
Controlling costs and environmental ambitions: The challenge will also be to develop construction methods that combine environmental ambitions with budgetary objectives. The economy/carbon equation will guide choices and approaches.
